Amy Hays, CPRP, is a positive and supportive leader who enjoys cultivating the next generation of leaders in a positive work environment. They served as Recreation Superintendent for the City of Wentzville from 2004 to 2022 and held the role of Parks and Recreation Director for the City of Maryland Heights, MO from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Amy is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics at Northwest Missouri State University. Recently, they joined Mastercard as a Senior Customer Technical Service Analyst in 2025.
