Caroline Louveaux has over two decades of experience in privacy and data protection, currently serving as Chief Privacy & Data Responsibility Officer at Mastercard since June 2007, where previous roles included Chief Privacy Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Privacy and Data Protection. Prior to joining Mastercard, Caroline worked at Linklaters as a lawyer from 2002 to 2007 and conducted research at C.R.I.D. from 2000 to 2001. Academic credentials include an LLM in International Trade Regulation from New York University and a License in Law from Université catholique de Louvain, along with initial legal studies at Université de Namur.
