Heather A. Yurko

Heather A. Yurko is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President, Digital Talent at Mastercard since September 2021, Yurko acts as the Product Owner for Mastercard's Talent Marketplace, Unlocked. Prior to this role, Yurko was the Director of Global Channels Engagement at Facebook from September 2018 to September 2021, overseeing global teams focused on Talent Intelligence and related tools. Yurko's career at Cisco spanned over a decade, holding various positions, including Chief of Staff + Lead, Future of Work, and Senior Manager in Service Logistics. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
