Kaitlyn M. is a Senior Managing Consultant at Mastercard, bringing 15 years of diverse experience from the U.S. Air Force, the National Security Agency, and enterprise technology. In this role, Kaitlyn partners with financial institutions to develop growth strategies and strengthen customer engagement in the payments ecosystem. Previously, Kaitlyn managed multimillion-dollar accounts at IBM and excelled in sales at BreakLine, exceeding revenue targets while mentoring new team members. Kaitlyn holds multiple degrees, including an Associate of Arts in Intelligence Studies and Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, and is currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies at Vanderbilt University Law School.
