Katherine Shailer Smith

Katherine Shailer Smith is an accomplished senior executive at Mastercard, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Bank Partner Management and previously holding multiple leadership roles including Vice President of Strategy, Economics & Analytics for the UK&I region. With a strong focus on market and customer excellence, Katherine has successfully led strategic programs aimed at business optimization, revenue acceleration, and team development.
