Lea Farah

Lea Farah is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Product Strategy and Development and Director of Enterprise Strategy and M&A at Mastercard since May 2023. Prior to Mastercard, Lea held the position of Manager at Bain & Company from September 2022 to May 2023, and worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Roland Berger from September 2017 to September 2022. Early career experiences include roles as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the American University of Beirut from October 2015 to July 2021, and as a Management Consulting Intern at Roland Berger in January 2017. Additional internships include engineering at Petrofac and consulting at 180 Degrees Consulting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the American University of Beirut, along with summer studies at UC Irvine and a Lebanese Baccalaureate in General Sciences from College des Soeurs des Saints Coeurs Ain Najm. Additionally, training in music was undertaken at the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique Liban.
