Linda Jeng

Linda Jeng is a seasoned expert in international banking, regulatory strategy, and fintech, with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Jeng's career includes significant roles at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where strategies for regulatory reforms on OTC derivatives were developed, and the Federal Reserve, focusing on the "Too-Big-To-Fail" initiative and facilitating international strategies. Currently, Jeng serves as a Senior Lecturing Fellow at Duke University School of Law and as Founder & CEO of Digital Self Labs LLC, a firm specializing in blockchain and regulatory advisory services. Jeng has held influential positions such as Chief Global Regulatory Officer at Crypto Council for Innovation and has contributed to legislative efforts like the Dodd-Frank Act during tenure with Senator Charles E.
