Mark Simon Quilantang

Mark Simon Quilantang is an experienced Learning & Development professional with 17 years in the EMEA region. They held the position of Senior Sales Training Officer at Citi from 2008 to 2014 and subsequently worked as a Training Manager at Mastercard from 2018 to 2022, where they led instructional design and content development. Currently, Mark serves as a Learning and Development Consultant at Mastercard and as Head of Learning & Development for Retail Banking and Wealth Management at Emirates NBD. They previously worked as a Senior Manager of Learning Development at Dubai First P.J.S.C. and as an Operations Associate at HSBC. Mark completed a Level 5 Diploma in Learning & Development from Avado CIPD in 2018.
