Melinda Rolfs

Melinda Rolfs, CPA, serves as the Vice President of Product Development for Platform & Artificial Intelligence at Mastercard since March 2012, where responsibilities include enhancing AI model efficiency in Cyber & Intelligence and realizing significant cost savings. Previously, Melinda held leadership roles at Mastercard, including Director of Data Science & Analytics, where a 50% increase in AI model deployment was achieved, and Director of Data & Analytics, responsible for launching the organization's first data-driven product for nonprofits. Melinda's career began at CastleRock Management as a Senior Equity Research Analyst, managing substantial assets with a strong investment track record. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Juniata College and has pursued further education through Coursera and UCLA.
