Quinn Knudsen

Quinn Knudsen is a seasoned professional in the realm of people analytics, currently serving as the Vice President of People Analytics at Mastercard since September 2023. Concurrently, Quinn holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Ramapo College of New Jersey, where the development of I/O psychology course curricula is a key responsibility. Prior experience includes a significant role as Head of People Analytics for BASF, overseeing analytics strategies across North America and the Americas, with a focus on employee listening, DEI initiatives, and advanced analytics projects.
