Tiffanie Baker

Tiffanie Baker is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various industries, currently serving as Senior Managing Counsel at Mastercard since March 2019. Prior roles include Senior Counsel at Mastercard and Vice President, Assistant General Counsel - Business Affairs at Univision Communications Inc., where Tiffanie provided legal support to the Sales & Marketing Distribution team. Earlier experience includes Senior Counsel at Comcast Cable, focusing on content acquisition and licensing agreements, and a Transactional Associate position at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, representing entertainment clients in various transactions. Tiffanie has also worked as Associate General Counsel for the Directors Guild of America, advising on contract matters, and as a Corporate and Finance Associate at Sidley Austin LLP, assisting financial clients with acquisitions. Tiffanie began the legal career as a Legal Intern with the Oakland Raiders.
