Varun Arte

Varun Arte is currently the Vice President of Product at Mastercard, where they develop long-term product growth strategies and lead cross-functional initiatives. Previously, they served as a Principal in BCG's Financial Institutions practice, focusing on growth strategy and business transformation. Varun has also held roles at major organizations including AB InBev, Standard Chartered Bank, Oliver Wyman, Citi, and Unilever, where they drove impactful projects and identified significant revenue opportunities. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from London Business School, where they were recognized on the Dean’s List.
