Vibhuti Verma

Vibhuti Verma is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in end-to-end hiring strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Mastercard since May 2019, Vibhuti oversees talent acquisition for Data & Services, Cyber & Intelligence, and Corporate Functions, focusing on areas such as advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. Prior to this role, Vibhuti was a Manager in the India Talent Team at EY from January 2015 to May 2019, where responsibilities included shaping talent strategies for the Advisory and Markets business units. Vibhuti's career began at Ma Foi Management Consultants (a Randstad Company) from May 2007 to January 2015, progressing from a Talent Acquisition Specialist to an HR Executive, and included managing recruitment processes for major clients in the IT and telecom sectors.
