Wesley Rios is a global product leader with over 15 years of experience at Mastercard, JPMorgan, and Citi, focusing on fintech and payments innovation across the US, Latin America, and Europe. They have held various leadership roles, including Vice President at both Mastercard and JPMorgan, and have a strong foundation in scaling products, building strategic partnerships, and navigating complex regulatory environments. Currently, Wesley is the Vice President and Head of the Global Central Team for Consumer Product for Issuers at Mastercard, where they are dedicated to the intersection of payments, digital identity, and AI.
