Aamir Saleem has a long history of work experience in operations management. Theircareer began in 2014 as an Operations Executive at Thinking Ant Media Pvt Ltd. Aamir then moved on to become a Lead Management Specialist at Lenskart.com in 2015. In 2016, they became an Operations Manager at CITYFURNISH, where they managed supply chain operations end-to-end. In 2018, they took on the role of Operations Manager at Flyrobe, where they improved NPS from 11 to 40 and reduced cost by 20%. In 2019, they became a Senior Operations Manager at The Moms Co., where they handled PO processing and stock transfers for ecommerce channels and company-owned stores. In 2021, they were a Senior Operations Manager at Pickrr and Head of Operations at LifeCell International Pvt.Ltd. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at MasterChow.
