Julianna Boulter

Julianna Boulter is a seasoned professional in technical recruitment and the performing arts. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at MasterControl since April 2022, Julianna previously held roles at CHG Healthcare and Ancestry, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment and candidate experience enhancement. With a strong foundation in coordinating recruitment processes, Julianna also worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at eBay and Entrata. In the performing arts, Julianna has been a Pianist/Performer for American Dueling Pianos since 2016, delivering interactive shows multiple times per week. Julianna co-founded The Echo Theatre, fostering local talent, and contributed as a Director and Performing Arts Teacher at American Fork Youth Theater. Julianna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Utah Valley University.
