Shane Stanifer

Shane Stanifer has a diverse work experience in various industries. Shane started their career at EY as a Senior Assurance & Advisory Services where they worked from 2000 to 2003. Shane then joined Brunswick Boat Group as a Manager of Compliance & Accounting from 2003 to 2008. After that, they worked at Waypoint as a Sales Account Executive from 2008 to 2010 and later served as a General Manager, managing sales teams and top customers, from 2010 to 2013. Shane then joined Advantage Solutions: Sales, Marketing, Technology as a Client Manager for Tyson Foods from 2013 to 2021. Currently, they are working at MasterCraft Boat Company as a Manager of Finance (SME - Finance & Accounting) since August 2021 and they also hold the position of Director Of Internal Audit from November 2021.

Shane Stanifer attended Tennessee Tech University - College of Business, where they studied Business, Psychology, and Accounting. Shane obtained a degree in Psychology and Accounting in the year 2000. In addition to their education, Shane has also obtained several certifications, including Consultative Selling from Richardson Sales Performance in 2012, Certified Project Management from the Project Management Institute in 2007, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2007, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Brunswick Corporation in 2005.
