Andrea Gomez is an accomplished design and product development professional with extensive experience in the leather, fashion, and accessories industries. Currently serving at Roots since January 2024, Andrea has previously held positions at Mastermind Toys focusing on private brand design, and Ty Global Corporation as a senior graphic and packaging designer. With a strong foundation in packaging design and product development from tenure at Mahajan Home and RGA Leatherworks, Andrea has developed a keen expertise in creating detailed technical documentation, vendor negotiation, and material sourcing. Early career roles at Danier Leather and Manufacturas Tucan provided significant experience in handbag and accessory design. Andrea holds multiple certifications, including a Solidworks Certificate from George Brown College and a Retail Buying Certificate in Fashion/Apparel Design, as well as a degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
