Sarah Slobecheski

Sarah Slobecheski has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the HR Manager at Masterminds Advertising since December 2005. In this role, Sarah processes bi-weekly payroll for about 50 employees, administers health insurance benefits, and acts as the Plan Administrator for retirement plans. Sarah is responsible for developing policies, revising the Employee Handbook, and managing personnel records, while ensuring compliance with HR laws. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at First Line Communications from July 1996 to December 2004, where Sarah supervised a staff of approximately 35, handled payroll and benefits administration, and created company policies.
