Jennifer Batley

Jennifer Batley has extensive experience in various leadership and advisory roles. Jennifer is currently working as the Chief of Staff at Masterpiece Studio, where their responsibilities include leading special projects, operations, and culture. Prior to that, they founded Batley Advisory, an independent consultancy providing advisory and fractional executive services in strategic planning, marketing, customer experience, and metrics. Jennifer also served as a Customer Experience and Transformation Strategist at Differly Inc., where they focused on leading through transformational change and developing new competencies. Additionally, Jennifer has worked as a Leap Advisor at Demand Spring, a Business Mentor at L-SPARK, a Strategic Advisor at SaaSCan, and an Activator and Perpetual Fund Committee Member at Coralus. Earlier in their career, they held positions as the President of Napkyn Analytics, where they transformed the business and ensured profitability and scalability, and as a Senior Vice President at Walker Information, where they provided executive-level customer strategy leadership. Jennifer also served as the C-Suite Customer Experience for North America at Gordon Food Service, where they were responsible for delivering an integrated customer experience, leading innovation, and driving growth strategies.

Jennifer Batley has a diverse education history. In 1989, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (HBA) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. Following this, in 1993-1994, they pursued an MBA in International Business Management from Clemson University. Concurrently, Jennifer obtained another Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on International Business from CIMBA. Later, in 2010-2011, they attended the Leadership Forum at the University of Ottawa's Telfer School of Management. Jennifer also holds a certification as a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
