Theresa Zimmermann

Theresa Zimmermann is a seasoned talent acquisition and human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Masters Gallery Foods, Inc. since November 2020, Theresa has previously held roles including Human Resources Assistant and Plant Receptionist/HR Assistant at REINS Equine-Assisted Activities & Therapies, where the focus was on enhancing participants' quality of life through equine therapies. Theresa co-founded and consulted for Future Focus Group, providing strategic HR support, and has also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at Lakeshore Technical College, sharing leadership insights. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Future Focus HR, HR Solutions Manager at SME Partners, and HR Manager at Aurora Sheboygan Clinic, where comprehensive HR functions were managed for over 1,100 caregivers.
