Currently serving as a Sales Partner at Masters of Mindset since July 2023, Richie has previously held positions including Sales Operations Manager at Lazerbeam and Sales Manager at Parachute Properties Ltd. Notably, Richie was a Commercial Project Lead for Microsoft at Kingpin Communications, where strategic planning and implementation of key sales programs were essential. Other significant roles include serving as a Sales Management Consultant and as Regional Sales Account Manager at Clear Channel Outdoor, achieving remarkable revenue increases. Richie's entrepreneurial background includes co-founding Blue Lines Consultants, where revenue growth was achieved within three months, and exceptional client retention was established at MTR.
