Alexen Khim

Alexen Khim is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in real estate, fitness, and tax accounting. As a Realtor and transaction coordinator at Rodeo Realty, Inc. since September 2020, Alexen has become an expert in CAR documents and forms. Concurrently, Alexen has served as a Fitness & Wellness Instructor at Breakthru Fitness since August 2017, specializing in various fitness methodologies including HIIT, Pilates, and rehabilitation for special populations. Since May 2011, Alexen has also worked as a Licensed Realtor at Masters Realty, overseeing document preparation, property valuation, and marketing strategies.
