Katherine Giesa is a data science researcher at Masterworks since April 2022 and co-founder of Hasbrook Galleries, where the focus is on curating thematic gallery shows and creating a web platform to connect patrons with emerging artists globally. From September 2019 to September 2022, Katherine served as CodeLab Manager and Teaching Assistant for geospatial data visualization at Carnegie Mellon University's School of Architecture. Prior experience includes working as a Postal/Litigation Staff Economist at Laurits R. Christensen Associates, Inc. from December 2016 to September 2019, contributing to operational improvements for the United States Postal Service. Katherine holds a Master of Science in Computational Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree from Vassar College.
