Sherie Costa

Sherie Costa is an experienced product owner and engagement manager with a strong background in logistics and customer success. Currently serving as Product Owner for Intermodal at Mastery Logistics Systems since January 2021, Sherie communicates the vision and strategy for the Intermodal product and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement product initiatives. Prior roles include Engagement Manager and Solutions Consultant at Blume Global, where Sherie played a key role in sales cycles, conducted product demonstrations, and ensured effective client onboarding for transportation and supply chain software. Sherie's earlier experience at REZ-1 encompassed customer success and support roles, focusing on enhancing client engagement and advocating for product enhancements. Sherie holds a Master of Science degree in Information Design and Strategy from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Sociology from UMass Boston.
