Dean Dickos

Dean Dickos has extensive experience in educational operations, currently serving as the Network Director of Operations and previously as the Assistant Principal of Operations at Mastery Schools since May 2021. Prior roles include Founding Director of Campus Operations at KIPP New Jersey from February 2020 to May 2021, and various positions at Mastery Charter Schools from August 2011 to February 2020, including Assistant Principal of Operations and Algebra Teacher. Dean began their teaching career as a Math Teacher at Mariana Bracetti Academy Charter School from August 2008 to July 2011. Academic credentials include a Master of Education (MEd) from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting from the University of Richmond.
