Matt Troha

Matt Troha has extensive experience in the education sector. Matt began their career in 2003 as a Math Teacher and Athletic Director for The School District of Philadelphia. In 2007, they moved to Mastery Schools, where they held various leadership roles, including Assistant Principal, Principal, and Regional Schools Officer. Currently, they serve as Chief Operating Officer at Mastery Schools. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated strong leadership skills, providing coaching and support to principals, overseeing multiple schools, and utilizing data analysis and problem-solving to drive improvement.

Matt Troha received a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University in 2003. Matt then pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Saint Joseph's University, completing the program in 2005.
