Sulaiman Rahman is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in human capital solutions and community development. As the Founder and CEO of DiverseForce, Sulaiman elevates social impact through AI-empowered board development and talent solutions. Active in various leadership roles, Sulaiman serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Mastery Schools, continuing a commitment to educational equity. In addition to founding P4 Hub and the BBEx Network, Sulaiman's advisory role at Lendistry emphasizes support for small businesses in the fintech sector. Previous leadership positions include Global Executive Leader at ORGANO™, where substantial growth was achieved, and Chairman of the African-American Chamber of Commerce of PA, NJ & DE. Sulaiman began a career in real estate investing and holds a BAS in Engineering and Applied Sciences with a focus on Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
