Heidi de Lange has a wealth of experience in the financial services industry, starting as an Admin Manager at Old Mutual before moving on to roles such as Regional Service Manager and Regional Manager at Masthead. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations, Heidi has also completed regulatory exams in RE1, RE5, and RE3. Their responsibilities have included operational management, staff management, client management and recruitment, as well as compliance officer and practice management.
