Luke Remis is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in FPGA design and development. Currently serving as the Principal FPGA Engineer at Mastodon Design LLC since February 2020, Luke previously held similar roles at L3Harris Technologies and Lenovo, where significant contributions included architecture, design, and implementation of PCIe express NVMe SSDs as well as establishing global reference code for FPGA development. With a strong background at IBM as a Master Inventor, Luke has filed over 60 US patent applications and has been recognized for fostering innovation within the organization. Earlier roles at MKS Instruments, Impact Technologies Group, and Xerox provided foundational experience in software engineering, PCB development, and VHDL coding. Luke holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
