Maica Alcon is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in management and recruitment. Currently serving as HR Manager at MAT Holding since October 2021, Maica previously held the position of General Manager at Elias Boulanger from May 2019 to September 2021, where the focus was on implementing strategies across various departments to achieve company objectives efficiently. Prior roles include Country Manager for Gabon and Cameroon, and HR Development & Recruitment Manager at DABA S.A.U., as well as positions in recruitment and training at Coca-Cola Iberian Partners and as Head of Employment Guidance and Teaching at Centre d'Estudis Politècnics.
