Blake Herber

Blake Herber is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Senior Staff Geologist at Matador Resources Company since January 2018, Blake has progressed through various roles including Staff Geologist and Geologist. Prior experience includes a geology internship in exploration at Whiting Petroleum Corporation, and internships at Apache Corporation and Denbury Resources Inc., focusing on improved recovery and the Gulf Coast region, respectively. Blake holds a Master of Science in Geology from the Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Texas A&M University.
