Lars Peter Munch Larsen

Lars Peter Munch Larsen currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Group General Counsel at Matas A/S, focusing on corporate law, legal strategy, risk management, and compliance since October 2023. Larsen has also held positions such as Lecturer in Law, Morality and Politics at the University of Copenhagen from January 2023 to May 2024 and General Counsel for the Association of Danish Movie Directors from March 2023 to October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Legal and Compliance Officer at Nestlé Purina PetCare Europe from December 2018 to August 2022, where Larsen reported directly to the CEO and managed legal staff. Larsen has held multiple board roles within the Nestlé group from January 2014 to November 2018 across various Nordic regions. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws in European Law from King's College London and a Cand. Jur. degree from the University of Copenhagen.
