Match Education
Match Education is an education reform organization based in Boston. Through our work, we aim to be a platform of design and innovation for the K-12 education space. Match Education is the combined brand name of the two entities through which we conduct our work: Match Charter Public School: MCPS is a high-performing public charter school that serves 1,250 students in grades preK-12 on three campuses in Boston. We measure school quality by our ability to enroll and retain high-need students, by the performance of our students on Advanced Placement (AP) assessments, the SAT, and other standardized tests, and by the rate at which our students attain four-year college degrees and ultimately quality jobs. We constantly refine our school design to achieve better outcomes for our students. We also train high quality teachers through our Match Associate Teacher (MAT) residency program. The Match Foundation, Inc.: The Foundation supports MCPS in various capacities, most notably in real estate, development, communications, and dissemination. Match's AmeriCorps tutoring program operates under the Foundation, supporting our AmeriCorps fellows serving in MCPS. Also housed under the Foundation is Match Export, the dissemination division of Match Education whose purpose is to extend the reach of our impact by offering educators and instructional leaders across the country access to high-quality educational resources drawn directly from our hands-on work at MCPS
