Dushyant Saraph

Dushyant Saraph is the Chief Operating Officer for Evergreen & Emerging Brands at Match Group, leading business strategy, growth, and operations since January 2025. In addition to this role, Dushyant serves as a Board Member at Art of Problem Solving, which focuses on developing future problem solvers. Dushyant is also involved with Bling Capital as an Investor & Product Council member. Prior to current responsibilities, Dushyant held various leadership roles at Match from 2015 to 2025, including General Manager & Chief Product Officer, where significant branding achievements were recognized. Previous experience includes product leadership at Storm8, which was acquired by Stillfront Group, and driving international growth initiatives at Facebook. Dushyant holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with distinction from the University of Waterloo, specializing in Financial Analysis & Risk Management and Statistics.
