Francisco Villamar

Francisco (Paco) Villamar serves as the Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Corporate and Securities at Match Group since May 2017, providing primary legal counsel to the Board of Directors and executive management on corporate governance and compliance with securities laws. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at HealthMarkets, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed general corporate matters across multiple business units, and as Assistant General Counsel at Quicksilver Resources Inc., focusing on SEC compliance and corporate governance. Early in the career, Francisco worked at Jones Day as an Associate, advising clients on securities and corporate law matters related to M&A and capital markets transactions. Francisco obtained a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Florida.
