Sophia Halapchuk

Sophia Halapchuk is a Salesforce Developer at Match My Email, responsible for developing Lightning Web Components in compliance with the Salesforce Lightning Design System since March 2023. Previously, Sophia served as a Solutions Architect Intern at Amazon Web Services from December 2023 to February 2024, where the focus was on modernizing codebases for software companies. Additionally, Sophia participated as a Student Fellow in the Winter24 program at Startmate in July 2024, gaining practical startup knowledge and coaching. Earlier experiences include being a Mentee in the MentorMe Cisco program and working as an Open Source Developer with Catalyst, where debugging and collaboration were key responsibilities. Sophia is pursuing a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce Conjoint degree at The University of Auckland, expected to graduate in 2025, after completing a high school education at Rangitoto College with Excellence Endorsement.
