Malgorzata Pietruszka

Malgorzata Pietruszka began their career in 2016 as a Junior Software Developer (Tester) at Ericpol. In 2017, they moved to Ericsson where they worked as a Software Developer (Tester) and Junior Software Developer (Tester). In 2019, they joined Match2One - part of Verve Group as a Product Manager, Product Designer, and Design Intern. As Product Manager, they were responsible for product development, evaluating and prioritising product ideas, collecting feedback from users and clients, maintaining a product roadmap, producing specifications for product enhancements and features, and constantly monitoring the product for bugs, usability flaws, or anything that can affect clients' experience. As Product Designer, they were responsible for leading the platform redesign project taking care of both UX and UI design, including planning, prototyping, running usability tests, user acceptance testing, arranging beta tests with clients, and collecting first-hand feedback and insights from early adopters.

Malgorzata Pietruszka has a diverse educational background. Malgorzata obtained a Bachelor of Engineering from AGH University of Science and Technology in 2015, majoring in Biomedical/Medical Engineering. Malgorzata then went on to earn a Master of Science from the same institution in 2016, majoring in Bionanotechnologies. In 2016-2017, they attended Szkoła Grafiki Komputerowej Globlife, studying Graphic Design. Most recently, they obtained a Product Management certification from RMIT University in October 2020.
