Nikita Rathi

Nikita Rathi started their work experience at Amazon Development Center (Ivona Software) in 2017 as an Associate, where they worked until 2019. Nikita then joined Infosys in 2019 as a Sap access team member and HRO until 2022. From 2022, they worked at Infosys BPM as a PMO Process Lead. Currently, they are a Jr. Project Manager at Matchbook AI starting from 2023.

Nikita Rathi completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in IT from Sipna College of Engineering and Technology, Amravati, from 2010 to 2014. Nikita then pursued a Post Graduation Diploma in Business Administration in HR from MIT School of Business from 2015 to 2017.
