Melissa Sierra

Melissa Sierra has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Private Events Manager and previously as Assistant General Manager and Dining Room Supervisor at matchbox since August 2021. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as an Area Manager at Amazon for a short period in early 2021. Melissa's earlier tenure at matchbox from March 2017 to June 2020 included positions as Bartender/Trainer, Server/Trainer, and Hostess. From March 2014 to February 2017, Melissa held the roles of Team Lead and Sales Associate at MANGO. Educationally, Melissa holds a degree in Public Administration with a Minor in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and a Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University, along with an Associate of Arts from Broward College.
