Ángela Romero

Ángela Romero is an experienced IT Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist currently working at Matchtech since September 2021. In this role, Ángela manages the entire selection process in the technology sector, which includes strategic job posting, candidate evaluation, competency-based interviews, and producing insightful reports for decision-making. Additionally, Ángela focuses on enhancing employee experience through effective and personalized onboarding processes. Prior to Matchtech, Ángela worked at Nortempo from September 2016 to September 2021 as an HR Consultant, where responsibilities included efficient onboarding coordination and proactive resolution of workplace issues while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ángela holds a degree in Political Science and Administration from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, obtained in 2017.
