Braden Waddell

Braden Waddell has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Their most recent position is as a Partnership Success Specialist at Matchwell, which started in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Delivery Specialist at the same company from April 2022 to October 2022.

Before joining Matchwell, Waddell was employed at Baptist Health - Central Alabama. Braden held the role of Resource Management Staffing Team Lead from December 2020 to March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Unit Assistant II from February 2019 to December 2020 and as a Patient Care Technician from June 2018 to February 2019.

Waddell also gained experience at Auburn University at Montgomery, where they served as a Warhawk Academic Success Center Program Associate from June 2016 to May 2018.

Their earliest work experience was as a Crew Member at Firehouse Subs, where they worked from September 2013 to March 2015.

Braden Waddell attended Auburn University at Montgomery from 2014 to 2019, where they obtained a degree in Nursing. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their academic journey. In February 2017, they received the EF Language Test Spanish Intermediate certification from EF Education First. In December 2016, they earned the EFSET English Certificate - Proficient (CEFR C2) from the same institution. Furthermore, in January 2023, they obtained two certifications, "Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program" and "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," from LinkedIn.
