Mater Foundation
Mark Young has extensive experience in operational leadership and business support services within the Mater Foundation, serving in various roles since July 1999, including Executive Officer and Director Operations. Responsibilities include managing data and payment systems, business performance, grant administration, and engaging with the Mater Group to ensure the delivery of effective support services. Additionally, Mark has held significant roles in people strategy, facilities management, and risk management. Prior to the Mater Foundation, Mark worked as a Business Manager and Operations Supervisor at KENG from 2014 to September 2016, and held the position of Manager Banking Operations at the Bank of New Zealand Australia from February 1985 to May 1997.
