Clémence Rousselet has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Clémence started their career as an Intern in the Marketing department at Natixis in 2010. Clémence then worked as an Audit-M&A-Corporate Finance Intern at Audexo, where they conducted legal audits and acquisition audits for small and medium-sized enterprises.
In 2012, Clémence joined OXUS Development Network as an Investment Intern, where they identified investment targets, prepared investment proposals, and provided support during negotiations and the pre-operational phase in new countries.
Following their internship at OXUS, Clémence joined Naxicap Partners as a Senior Associate in 2013. In this role, they piloted the investment process, conducted financial analysis and valuation, negotiated legal documentation, and implemented debt financing. Clémence also played a key role in investments' follow-up, including day-to-day management and strategic action plans.
Clémence then worked at Bpifrance as the Director of Participations from 2020 to 2022. Their responsibilities included investing in various sectors such as luxury, fashion, media, video games, and art and culture. Clémence was involved in deals with companies like Nacon and Paradiso.
In 2021, Clémence held the position of President of Building Trustee at Matera, showcasing their leadership skills. Clémence also became a member of Women in Games France during this time.
Clémence's most recent role is as the Ubisoft Startup Program Director at Ubisoft's Strategic Innovation Lab. Based in Paris, they contributed to anticipating the future of the entertainment industry and preparing the organization for it. Clémence collaborated with successful startups such as Sorare and Sky Mavis during their tenure.
Currently, Clémence is an Investment Manager at Naxicap Partners, a position they started in 2023.
Clémence Rousselet began their education in 2006 at High school, Nogent le Rotrou in France, where they earned their High School Diploma in Science with a major in Mathematics. From 2007 to 2009, they attended Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer science training applied to Finance. Following that, from 2009 to 2010, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Advanced Economics and Applied Economics. Finally, from 2011 to 2013, Clémence completed their education with a Master Degree in Economic and Financial Mathematics Engineering at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, focusing on the field of Economic.
