Ewen Bouloux has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as a Right-hand man to General Management at Timac Agro USA. In 2017, they worked as an Operations Manager & Head Hunter at Data Recrutement, where they focused on continuous training in digital and data issues, candidate sourcing, and conducting interviews. Later in 2017, they joined Axians as part of a project team, reactivating an old alliance and conducting business interviews with ICT solutions suppliers. In 2019, Ewen joined adidas as a Creation Intern/Coordinator, where they were responsible for sales forecasting, supply planning, purchase order management, and continuous improvement of supply chain management processes. Continuing in 2019, Ewen began their role at Matera as an Outbound Sales & Enablement professional.

Ewen Bouloux has a Master of Science (MSc) degree from emlyon business school. Before attending emlyon, they completed Classe préparatoire St Vincent Providence voie scientifique - ECS RENNES, where they studied mathematics, statistics, and geopolitics.
