Théo S. has a diverse work experience with various companies and roles. Théo started their career in 2015 as a Blue Collar Intern at Hutchinson, where they worked in mastic production. In 2016, they joined Mirova as a Business Development Intern, focusing on socially responsible investment. Théo then volunteered at the Gawad Kalinga Community Development Foundation in 2017, supporting their mission to eradicate poverty in the Philippines. In 2018, they co-founded Valomat, a platform that allows manufacturers to sell idle stocks. Théo also worked as a Founder in residence at OPEO Studio in the same year. In 2019, they joined Matera, a PropTech SaaS company, where they held various positions including Head of Operations and Head of Care Ops. Théo later transitioned to the role of Lead Customer Care Ops and eventually became the Head of Care Ops. In 2022, Théo became a Member at RevOps Co-op. Théo has gained valuable experience in operations, customer care, entrepreneurship, and social development throughout their career.

Théo S. attended Lycée Richelieu from 2009 to 2012, where they completed their high school education. From 2012 to 2014, they studied Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry at Lycée Pasteur. Théo then attended CentraleSupélec from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur - Master of Science in Biotech Engineering.
