Geraldo MacIel

Geraldo Maciel has an extensive work experience in the field of IT and financial services. Geraldo is currently holding the position of Head of Customer Success - Large Accounts | Operations at Matera since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Dimensa Tecnologia as the Head of IT Financial Services (TOTVS | B3) I Core Banking & Cards from August 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they had various roles at TOTVS, including Head of IT Financial Services at TOTVS Financial Services from August 2018 to August 2021, and Gestor Comercial TOTVS Financial Services from March 2014 to August 2018. Geraldo also had significant experience at Sysbank Tecnologia, where they served as the Founder and CIO from 2002 to January 2014. Geraldo started their career at Banco Banfort S.A as a Gerente de TI in February 1992 and later became the Diretor de TI from July 1996 to January 2002. Geraldo also worked at Banco Bancesa S.A as an Analista de Sistemas from June 1989 to February 1992. Geraldo's first job was as a Desenvolvedor de software at Grupo Edson Queiroz, where they worked from January 1985 to June 1989.

Geraldo Maciel completed their undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Universidade Estadual do Ceará, from the years 1986 to 1990. Geraldo then pursued a Postgraduate degree in Computer Science from Universidade de Fortaleza from 1990 to 1991.
