Khrista Villegas is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and development. Currently serving as Managing Director at Material Capital Partners since February 2022, Khrista has focused on purpose-built single-family rental home communities and multi-family projects in the Southeast and Florida. Previous roles include Real Estate Agent at Benchmark Properties of Savannah, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations at Kole Management Company, and Sr. Regional Property Manager at Greystar. Notable achievements include rebranding a management company and overseeing significant NOI growth and expense reductions while managing multiple properties across various states. Khrista holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
