Milivoje Jokanovic

Milivoje Jokanovic has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Supply Manager for Freelancing, where they were responsible for purchasing obsolete and technologically advanced components for medical and aerospace industries. In 2017, they were an HR Manager for Al Pack doo, where they managed recruitment, training, and personnel administration. In 2018, they were a Digital Marketing Manager for CMO Ninja, where they designed and optimized websites on a Wordpress platform. In 2019, they were a Sales and Marketing Specialist for Kontak, where they managed the Hubspot, Mautic, Woodpecker, and Zapier accounts. Currently, they are a Customer Intelligence Director and Customer Success Manager for Material Exchange, where they represent the voice of the customer and is responsible for onboarding new customers, training end-users, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Milivoje Jokanovic completed a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Belgrade between 2012 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Veterinary Technician degree from the Agricultural High School Backa Topola between 2008 and 2012, with a field of study in Veterinary Medicine.
