Kevin considers himself a catalyst to early stage companies. He was an early partner and COO for Intrepid Pursuits in Boston, MA.
Intrepid was a strategic mobile development company that he and his team grew organically, eventually selling to Accenture. He was a key contributor in helping the company grow from 4 to 40 employees over 24 months and in positioning the culture to attract high-contributing team members.
His main role in setting up operations, talent acquisition and hiring in a high growth company provided him with significant intelligence on how and why companies fail and succeed. Kevin is a big believer in the concept of: "the best lessons come from failure and adaption".
He has had an opportunity to inspire a great number of founders to see that hard work and dedication pay off. While building Intrepid Pursuits, the same founding team launched Intrepid Labs, which has actively helped many Boston startups get off the ground.
